Production Manager of New Building Materials | 12K-18K

Job Responsibilities  

1. Manage daily production operations of new building materials (e.g., green insulation materials, environmentally friendly coatings), ensure production plans are completed on time with qualified quality.   2. Optimize production processes, reduce material consumption and energy costs, and improve production efficiency by 5%-10% annually.   3. Formulate and implement production safety management systems, conduct regular safety training and inspections to eliminate potential hazards.   4. Coordinate with R&D, procurement, and sales departments to ensure smooth connection between production, supply, and sales.   5. Manage a production team of 30+ people, including hiring, training, and performance assessment.  

Job Requirements  

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering; 5+ years of production management experience in building materials industry, familiar with new material production processes.   2. Proficient in using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and production management tools, able to analyze production data and propose improvement measures.   3. Understand ISO9001 quality management system and 5S on-site management, with experience in lean production implementation preferred.   4. Strong sense of responsibility, good team management and coordination skills, able to adapt to shift work when necessary.
