Senior Construction Project Manager | 15K-25K

Job Responsibilities  

1. Overall responsible for the full-cycle management of large-scale construction projects (over 50 million yuan), including project planning, progress control, quality management, and cost control.   2. Coordinate with design units, supervision parties, and government authorities to ensure smooth progress of project procedures and compliance with regulations.   3. Lead the project team (over 10 people), formulate work plans, assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluations to improve team efficiency.   4. Handle on-site emergencies and technical problems, organize expert discussions when necessary, and propose solutions in a timely manner.   5. Establish and improve project management systems, summarize experience, and promote standardization of project operations.  Job Requirements  

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related majors; 8+ years of experience in general contracting projects, with experience as a project manager for projects over 100 million yuan preferred.   2. Familiar with national and local construction laws, regulations, and industry standards (GB, JGJ series), proficient in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project).   3. Hold a Registered Constructor Certificate (Construction Engineering) and intermediate or above professional title.   4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure and adapt to business trips.
