Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall financial management of the business group, including budget preparation, cost control, financial analysis, and financial risk prevention. 2. Formulate and improve financial management systems and processes adapted to the construction industry, standardize accounting operations, and ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations. 3. Conduct in-depth analysis of project profitability, track key financial indicators (gross profit margin, cash flow, return on investment), and provide decision-making suggestions to management. 4. Cooperate with external audit institutions to complete annual audits, tax audits, and special audits; coordinate with tax authorities to handle tax-related matters. 5. Lead the financial team (5-8 people), improve team professional capabilities, and promote the construction of financial informatization. Job Requirements
1. Master’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation; 8+ years of financial management experience in construction, engineering, or real estate industry, with experience in a listed company preferred. 2. Hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate; proficient in enterprise会计准则 (CAS) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS). 3. Familiar with tax policies related to the construction industry, with experience in tax planning and project financial management. 4. Excellent data analysis, logical thinking, and communication skills, with strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
