Job Responsibilities
1. Propose material application plans based on project progress to ensure all types of materials are delivered to the site in an orderly and timely manner.
2. Conduct material quality inspection and quantity verification in accordance with regulations; mark materials clearly based on their types and statuses to prevent misuse.
3. Ensure rational allocation and timely recycling of materials, and maintain records of materials entering and leaving the site.
4. Perform on-site material acceptance, storage, issuance and accounting as required to meet production needs; strive to reduce consumption, keep the site neat and maintain on-site civilization.
5. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of various management ledgers, and keep all material documents complete.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction or related majors.
2. Over 3 years of on-site material management experience in construction projects; preference given to candidates with a Materials Manager Certificate.
3. Master professional knowledge of construction project material management, grasp the management systems, processes and working methods of construction materials; familiar with relevant laws, regulations and policies, as well as the entire construction process.
4. Possess good professional ethics, a strong sense of dedication and responsibility; work rigorously and with strong principles.
5. Be able to work overtime and adapt to the characteristics of on-site construction work.
