Job Information
1. Possess work experience in property quality operations management and commercial operations; familiar with and proficient in relevant laws, regulations, professional knowledge and professional skills.
2. Responsible for maintaining the company’s quality management system, organizing the compilation of program documents, work instructions and related documents, and supervising the implementation of the system.
3. Formulate the company’s internal quality audit plan, organize internal and external audit work in accordance with system requirements, and track and verify the implementation of relevant measures.
4. Regularly sort out the company’s business management processes to ensure and improve the operability and effectiveness of business processes.
5. Coordinate the company’s business management, formulate business management standards, supervise the on-site service quality of projects, guide and assist business departments in solving business management problems, organize special reviews for representative quality accidents and emergencies, and track the implementation of rectification measures.
6. Provide guidance, follow up and assist in solving major complaints and incidents involving legal risks.
7. Connect and coordinate with the construction unit on matters related to customer complaints and improvement of supporting facilities.
8. Bachelor’s degree or above.
